Please RSVP/Sign up on the SignUp Genius:

-
Sign up to bring a side or dessert to share.
- PLEASE place a label on your homemade side/dessert for allergy awareness (contains nuts, eggs, dairy) and bring a serving utensil if needed.
- Sign up to participate in games and family fun (more details below).
- Please RSVP by June 18 so that we can get an accurate count for the main dishes.
Individual pictures will begin at 4 and the Team picture will be promptly at 4:45. Wear your team suit if you have one. If families are NOT getting individual photos, we are asking them to come closer to 4:45 because we are not eating or swimming until after the team photo is taken.
Feel free to bring pool noodles or floats!
Again this year, we’d like to get the whole family involved in the fun! Please consider signing up for one (or more!) of the events that we would like to host. Here are the details:
1. Relay Races - everyone needs to be able to swim 25 meter freestyle - there may be multiple races to declare a winner so, you must stay with your team and watch in case you swim more than once.
- 8 coach slots
- 8 parent slots
- 8 kid slots (ages 5+ and must be a strong swimmer)
2. Greased Watermelon Contest - Rules: Here’s how greased watermelon is typically played:
- Two sets of teams are set up on their respective sides of the pool
- A referee or non-participating swimmer either tosses or places the greased-up watermelon in between both teams in the middle of the pool. At the start signal, players from both teams rush to gain control of the greased watermelon
- Teams then work together to move the watermelon toward the opposing team’s goal area. The watermelon can be thrown or tossed to its destination.
- The first team to successfully get the watermelon into the opposing team’s goal area wins the round. There will be 3 total games to declare a winner so stay close to the contest area in case your team goes twice.
- 4 coach slots
- 4 parent slots
- 8 kid slots (must be age 10+ and a stronger swimmer)
3. Daddy/Daughter Race - Daughters catch a ride on Dad's shoulders while he runs the pool length as fast as he can. This a contest for younger swimmers. 1 race only.
- up to 12 dads
- up to 12 daughters (ages 4-8 years old)
